These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GG Arena (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must be able to form a binding agreement, or have a parent/guardian do so on your behalf.

2. Acceptable use

When using GG Arena, you agree not to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the rights of others.
• Cheat, manipulate results, or disrupt tournaments or other participants.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Upload harmful, abusive, or misleading content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or harm the community.

3. Tournaments & results

Clubs and tournament organisers are responsible for running their events, including pairings, scoring and enforcing rules. Results, standings and rankings are recorded on the platform and may be shown publicly. GG Arena provides the tools but is not responsible for decisions made by organisers.

4. Notifications

If you opt in, we will send you notifications and reminders about your matches and events. You can turn these off at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle notification data.

5. Content & intellectual property

The GG Arena name, logo, and platform are owned by GG Arena and protected by law. You retain rights to content you submit, but grant us a licence to use it as needed to operate and promote the Service.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service running reliably but do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GG Arena is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
